The ‘City and Nature: Harmony in Unity’ Environmental Education Exhibition featuring photos taken at Russia’s specially protected natural areas took place in St. Petersburg.
The exhibition was organized and supported by the Informational and Analytical Centre for Protected Areas Support, the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Specially Protected Natural Areas Administration, the St. Petersburg government, and the St. Petersburg Directorate for Specially Protected Natural Areas.
The exhibition helped promote both specially protected natural areas of federal importance and tourism within these areas, while also encouraging public participation in nature conservation activities.
