‘Meeting of Generations’ Educational Career Guidance Project of the ‘Poles of the Earth’ International Humanitarian and Educational Centre named after Artur Chilingarov
The contest, which was held in Moscow at the ‘Poles of the Earth’ International Humanitarian and Educational Centre named after Artur Chilingarov and in St. Petersburg as part of the Artur Chilingarov International Forum ‘The Arctic: Present and Future’, focused on career guidance and human resources for the Arctic, Arctic ecology, environmental protection projects, the work of conservation organizations, the fragility of the Arctic ecosystem, and the region’s protected natural areas.
The event enabled participants to gain insight into actual environmental protection projects and the activities of organizations that work to safeguard the environment. The knowledge they acquired helped foster a deeper understanding of the fragility of natural ecosystems and the need to preserve them.
As a result of this ongoing collaboration, agreements were reached regarding the planning of and participation in environmental and educational trips, as well as the further exploration of specially protected natural areas and their unique features.
