Services

The Roscongress mobile app is an information, communication, and service platform for participants of all events organized by the Foundation.

The mobile app is available for downloading in the  App Store и Google Play (search term: roscongress).

A live broadcast of the plenary session and other business programme events, as well as the broadcast archive, will be available in English:

• in the ‘Programme’
• on the Roscongress Foundation website

 

The archive of broadcasts will be available on the Congress website and the event page on the website of the Roscongress Foundation.

The Roscongress Foundation provides photography for all events at the11th Nevsky International Ecological Congress. Photographs are published at the Roscongress photo bank in real time. Images can be displayed by event and date to facilitate browsing.

The photographs are available for viewing and free download in high resolution, and may be freely used, provided a reference to the Roscongress Foundation is included.

Participants may reserve specially designated spaces at the Congress venue to hold press events, book protocol and organizational support services for agreement signing ceremonies and press conferences are also available.

The services are free of charge and subject to availability of spaces at the time of request.

Applications to hire rooms for press events will be accepted until 15 May 2025 by mail larisa.bogdanovich@roscongress.org.

During the breaks between the sessions on 22 and 23 May, free catering in the format of coffee break will be organized for participants. As well as participants will be offered free lunches for participants. Shatyor restaurant at Tavrichesky Palace will provide free lunches for participants only if they book a time slot in advance using the link.

At information and services points, participants can obtain information on the business, cultural programme, available services, directions around the venue, and other sites.

The information and services points also provide an opportunity to:

• copy and print documents
• record information to electronic media

• learn about things lost and found at the venue (Tavrichesky Palace, Kupolny Hall)
• carry out a business trip registration (Tavrichesky Palace, Kupolny Hall)

Ambulances will be stationed at the venue for the duration of the Congress.

There is no luggage room on the Congress venue. We kindly ask you to leave voluminous items at your accommodation or in the car.

The SME Cooperation B2B service is a project that the Roscongress Foundation is implementing to support small and medium-sized businesses. The platform brings together Russian and foreign companies to develop business and industrial cooperation, attract investment, and exchange technologies.  

The service is free and available to all users of the Roscongress personal account.

Participants can use the ‘Day planner’ section of the  Roscongress personal account  or the Roscongress mobile app to plan and arrange business meetings.

If you wish to schedule a meeting, you need to create an event by selecting the 'Meeting' type, then add a new event, specify the type of event, select the time and location add invitees from the list of Congress participants.

Only participants who consented to their information being displayed will be visible. Consent is provided at the registration stage.

Scheduled meetings can be held both at the Congress venue, or elsewhere.

Go to the ‘Notification Centre’ section or ‘Business Matchmaking’ section to view invitations from other participants.

REMINDER

Select the event type ‘Reminder’ to set up a reminder in the ‘Day planner’ section on the mobile application when creating an event.
