Pristine Russia photo exhibition (Tavrichesky Palace)

For more than ten years, the Primordial Russia Nature Festival has served as a unique platform that reveals the country’s natural wealth to the world. Through art photography, documentary filmmaking, and educational projects, the festival demonstrates the fragility of ecosystems and emphasizes the need to preserve them.

Primordial Russia and the Nevsky International Ecological Congress address different aspects of the same mission: the festival affects people through emotions and art, while the Congress develops strategic solutions that aim to ensure environmental safety, improve legislation, and harmonize the two. Together, they create a basis for sustainable development.

During the NIEC 2025, the exhibition will be displayed on the rails along the route to the Atrium Hall and in the corridors of the Duma Hall.

100th Anniversary of the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation exhibition (Tavrichesky Palace)

The centenary of the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation is a time to recap the results of the Society’s activities and showcase the prospects for its further development. The 21st century marks a period in human history when environmental issues and activities that aim to protect nature are becoming imperative for mankind’s survival. Russia’s role in this regard is entirely unique. The unprecedented diversity of ecosystems and the extremely broad range of flora and fauna are the country’s national treasure. Russia’s forest and water resources are crucial to the survival of human civilization.
But this wealth requires attentive, careful, and systematic treatment. The exhibition aims to show that the Society’s activities are fully consistent with these basic criteria. Throughout its century-long history, the Society has not only preserved the traditions of nature conservation in Russia, but is also actively developing them today based on a modern scientific approach. The 100th Anniversary of the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation exhibition examines the history of Russia’s oldest environmental movement based on archival materials, including documents, photographs, and newsreels from the country’s archives.

During the NIEC 2025, the exhibition will be displayed on electronic media in the business networking area.
